Pretty good from start to end.
There was one item that arrived which was a size that didn't appear on the website (ordered M but received S/M).
Called you customer service expecting a long wait and lots of wrangling to get it changed.
However, call was answered quickly, guys knew what they were talking about and didn't question getting a replacement sent out immediately (no delivery cost and refunded me the % of original delivery cost for the wrong item).
Rest of order was fine and surprisingly good quality considering how inexpensive it was.
