We love Decathlon products but live miles from a store.
The drawback that puts me off ordering is that returns or exchanges are expensive, not easy and it takes forever to receive a credit.
I buy sports equipment for my children and it is important that shoes are a good fit. It is not always possible to judge the correct size and so exchanges will happen and need to be easier.
