I ordered my new road bike which of course I was very excited about. The website was very helpful and assisted me in my choice. Unfortunately the delivery let everything down.. I placed my order in the normal way and the website indicating that I should receive my new bike within a few days. After the few days I did not receive my bike so I rang to find out what was happening. I was then told that there were no more in stock currently in this country and they would have to arrange one from overseas. I did ask why I was not told this as I could have ordered an alternative as I needed the bike. I was told that this should take another few days. after waiting again for the few days I called again and was told that there was a fault with the bike so it had to be sent back and another one would be sent in the next few days. I missed the event that I wanted to take part in The bike did eventually arrive and I am happy with the bike itself just delivery ruined the experience and consequently made me miss the biking event
