Can't really fault decathlon. Excellent bike! I love it and have had plenty of use out of it already! Slight delay in shipment, rang up and issue was resolved the next day. DHL were very poor however. Over a week to get it delivered when it was meant to be next day. Took a day off work to receive the bike only to be told it wouldn't be delivered that day. They refused to deliver on weekends and the closest day for re delivery was the following Tuesday. I asked to change shipment address and was told it would be an extra day. 3 days later the bike finally turns up. The box was in a very beaten state and there was a slight scratch on the bars. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase!
