It's a bit frustrating and disappointing that have to pay for delivery. I think it's free after you buy a certain amount (£70?) but this is very high. Other companies offer free delivery regardless of size and value (TREDZ for example). At least have free delivery for anything over £5 say. I have not placed orders with decathlon and gone elsewhere because of the delivery charge. I would buy more from decathlon if there was no delivery charge. A limited amount of choice: for example, I want to buy some MTB cycling shoes but you don't appear to have any in your collection. However, I appreciate that you cover a lot of different sports and activities and that you don't specialize in one particular area. Best point is good value for money.
