Received confirmation of delivery for click and collect but when I went to store they told me it was 'lost' and in fact had never been delivered. Offered £25 item as compensation and the store re-ordered my product. Customer service was excellent and the product is great. Shame about the delivery which took 10 days for item to finally arrive. I found the product descriptions on the website were a little vague for the product I was looking at and the assembly of the product in the pictures was not correct. The Decathlon app also doesn't allow you to review progress of orders which is odd. On the whole I would shop here again but maybe focus on in store shopping more than online mainly because the product descriptions are vague or brief.
