Service has been really good. I've had to return the jacket as its too small. The next size up is not currently available so I'm having to wait until the batch arrives. I spoke to a very helpful lady over the phone who advised that the returns policy is within one year! I was very impressed by this. I'm hoping the good service continues when it comes to me getting the replacement.
