Whole order was dealt with almost faultlessly, by very pleasant staff at the Willenhall Branch. My only criticism is that my package was not at the 'Pick-up' point where it should have been when I went to collect. I thus had to wait while the parcel was located.
One item, (inflatable mattress) may be faulty. Am checking soon so we may have to see how the Returns system works out.
