Used many times without issue. However on this latest order the wrong bike was received. I ordered a blue and black one (child's bike) and a red and black one appeared on the order email.
I immediately wrote to the customer service address highlighting this and saying we desired the blue one.
I never received a reply from customer services and we did indeed receive the red and black one.
My son however decided he could not wait for the swap etc.!
