Overall a great experience as I have ordered quite a few bits previously which is why I gave high marks. However bit disappointed this time as I ordered a tankini and only the top half came. I think they should not have sent it if they could not fulfil the order or at least contact me. I ordered store delivery as my husband was working there that week. I knew we would be keeping it as I already had one in a different colour. However when I called and explained I only had half the order as they had sold out they said I had to return it to the store and could not send back by post. I don't think you should be restricted as to how you make a return. Decathlon were great though when I explained that I wasnt going near a store and that it was their fault I was returning the item. Their staff are really helpful and the products always good quality and fit.
