My only criticism was when I collected my item in store I wasn't asked for any kind of ID which I found a little odd as everyone's orders were hung on a rang immediately next to the counter with customers names quite clearly readable on the packaging. If I wanted to I could have took my pick and the staff probably wouldn't have been any the wiser.
