The Customer Service was too slow at PAY&COLLECT point. I've spent 20 minutes into queue of 3 customers in front of me. Secondly, your staff offer me to buy bag which cost 50 pens or for 1 pound, because all other bags run-out. However, when I asked them can I take one bag from the self checkout point the price was 5 pens per bag. I don't mind to pay even 100 pounds for a bag but I don't like to be forced to buy more expensive one because your staff to lazy to get one or two. Finally, your shop looks like some store with very low number of staff on floor and you can have less help than you are expecting from the Customer point of view.
