Arranged for a delivery to a locker, which was meant to take 3-4 days, then got an email saying my parcel would be there the next working day, went to check, no parcel.
2 days later, get an email saying there has been an IT problem in dispatch, it's taken ages for the parcel to finally be delivered. Not great.
