Ordered snorkelling gear for holiday, and a bit surprised that the delivery was going to be a week. Gave Decathlon a ring, and the despatch speeded up and the delivery arrived on time. Nice stores too (particularly compared to the competition where walking through the door steals a ltitle bit of your soul...)
