Ordered a number of things for my nephews birthday a week in advance.
Despite the initial date of collection being the Saturday, when i came into store on the Sunday (a week after ordering) the order was still not there.
Had to queue 15 minutes at the service desk to get the order cancelled and then go round the shop myself to rebuy the presents for my nephew whose birthday party was in 2 hours time.
Useless service!!!
