Product was good but you need to train your staff on the InPost system.
I do not like giving out my mobile number to everyone so left that blank on the order and gave you my landline.
When I went to collect at the InPost locker they asked for my mobile number but did not recognise it and refused to open
I had to come home and check my order and then rang Inpost. I found that you had input my mobile number as 07000000000!!!
Your IT system need to trap orders that do not have the mobile number box filled in and your staff must not make things up!!
