Order on line to collect - great communication for the progress of order. Collection from store was easy and quick.
Purchases in store - on the whole at both Nottingham and Sheffield stores staff are happy to help and enough so do not have to go too far to track someone down. Items purchased are good value and normally just right for purpose. Plus no major sales push - Really important that you can go into store without being pounced on by staff. Stock is not crammed in so that you struggle to find your way around - excellent!!!!
