Helpful staff in store, easy online ordering. Domyos treadmill easy to put together, exactly as stated and so far running well. No problems re European plug as complained about by others on website. Fitted converter was supplied. Less satisfied with delivery by DX....did not stick to original estimated date and were unhelpful on phone when I chased. The delivery men themselves were fine.
