You loose a star for the reticulate amount of excess packaging, and two stars for all the spam emails afterwards. I didn't sign up for anything, yet it was unavoidable to just buy something without creating the first steps of some kind of profile with a points system. It's a terrible idea, people just want good products and convenience; they don't want a decathlon profile any more than they want a pg tips profile, or an Argos profile.
