Your delivery system was very bad. I chose a drop at a Morrison's; the whole locker set went unusable. It was dropped from the list of available sites when I was trying to track my package, which was "in transit". The distributor could not divert to another drop, or to me, without instructions from the merchant. So I had to get back to Decathlon; it was not known that there was a problem at Morrison's Aberdeen. Mechanics were to try to fix it (I think only after I had made the problem known). The package could be delivered to it after it was repaired, but nobody knew how long that would take. We agreed a new order to be delivered direct to me. I had wanted a speedy receipt when I purchased; I did not get it by many days. I was not impressed by my being responsible for discovering the problem and for having to make contact with both distributor and merchant to identify and rectify. There should be a better feedback of a delivery problem, so that rectification can be quickly initiated by Decathlon.
