Very efficient overall. The only problem was that the basketball stand we received had the top plastic cap damaged. I contacted your staff and they offered to replace the whole thing. I said that wasn't necessary as I thought I could find a replacement locally. Unfortunately I couldn't. Is it not possible to send me a replacement circular plastic capr the top of the main stand pole?
