There was a problem with my delivery as the collection point box had broken down. I had ordered trainers for my daughters birthday so when I couldnt pick them up I phoned Decathlon and they arranged delivery of another pair free of charge to my house. My daughter got her shoes on the day. I got a text from the delivery box company yesterday to say the box was now mended -one month too late but not Decathlon's fault
