Realised I made mistake on size and phoned within five minutes of online order to change as per your website instructions and wrong size still delivered. I did get a free exchange, thank you but that was nearly two weeks ago and still not received. I also returned another item for size exchange and still waiting.
Your prices are excellent, your staff lovely. But the bottom line - good value, prompt service is not being delivered to me.
