We recently bought a bike pump from Decathlon's Bolton store. When we tried to pump up a tyre we found that we couldn't. We emailed the customer service team, who immediately offered advice. Unfortunately we still couldn't pump the tyre up. Customer services offered to replace the pump, which they set up beforehand so the valve was right for our bikes.Within one week we had a replacement pump which works. I cannot fault them.
