I ordered on-line and the parcel was delivered to the wrong house (as per Royal Mail tracing system) - so I had to contact Decathlon again to re-organise the order - this was done in an eye blink by one single customer service advisor with no questions asked - and the new parcel was delivered in 48 hours by courier - OUTSTANDING
(Then I found out where the original order had been delivered and returned it)
Bravo Decathlon - That is the epitome of customer service - I will be back
