Ordering was quick and delivery too. We collected quickly. My only concern was when asked my name i was shown the computer screen and asked to point out which name was me. They never asked me for ID and he then left to collect the bike leaving us with the computer and also names of others that had ordered and were awaiting collection. i found this extremley unproffesional not to mention a breech of client confidentiality.
