Items that were ordered were very quickly delivered to local store free of charge. The assistant in the store was very helpful, she answered some questions I had. Some items were returned due to ordering to get the correct size, items were returned to store and I received a no hassle refund in a day or two. Items that were kept were of great quality and very reasonably priced.
