Was sent an item that I didn't order to be told that the item I did actually order was out of stock although still visible on website. I was then issued a 'partial' refund for an item that I did not order and didn't want. I then had the inconvenience of sending the unwanted item back and was charged £8.83 for the postage.
Worst 'Customer Service' I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing, will never purchase anything from here again.
