Product showing in stock online wasn't in stock at all. No updates to account or email comms. When I pushed them, it turns out their website meant it was in stock at one of their overseas depots, not necessarily in the UK!
Dreadful communication, staff don't know what's going on and no idea when product will be delivered. What a hopeless shower!
