I have made an order on 30/11 and it said the expected delivery date is 6/12. I still recieved nothing from them on 8/12 and so I called the hotline for help. They did nothing but told me it is about xmas and so they have too many orders to handle. I am leaving for a ski trip in Japan on 12/12 and all they did is to ask me to get a refund.
