No stars I have just cancelled my order of 3 bikes and had to find alternatives. By far and away the worst service I have ever had!!! Customer loyalty team are crap and that's being nice.
Warning to people wanting goods coming before Xmas.... Go elsewhere they aren't coming in time and I wouldn't trust them saying that they will!!!
