Good afternoon,
I expected to receive my item today. And I don't know why, in 7 days after order you have send me an email that you do not have this item any more and I should choose a subtitute product or to cancel the order. I can not cancel the order because it is in progress, I've tried to call you customer service several times today and nobody picks up the phone. It is not the service I was expected from Decathlon. In other countries Decathlon is working quick and on terms, I can not understand why in UK it should be different. I am disappointed in your service. I want my refund as soon as possible!
