Despite my order being picked by Thursday 15 December it didn't arrive at my chosen pick-up location until lunchtime on Wednesday 21 December by which time I had left for my Christmas break and had to go without the presents that were in this delivery.
Nobody answered the helpline number when I was trying to enquire as to when the parcel would be delivered and a message to your Facebook page was ignored until the parcel had been sent to the pick-up location.
