I have bought some archery bits from you before and liked them so ordered a more expensive bow on the website for delivery. The items were as described but did take quite a long time to arrive, probably more than a week. The box that the bow came in said "read instructions" but there were none in the box, so I emailed Geologic (who are the makers and a decathalon brand I believe) and asked them to email me. Unfortunately I received no response at all.
I think I would probably visit the store rather than use the website next time.
