My initial order was very good, easy to place the order and delivery was punctual and straight forward. Unfortunately I had to request a change of size for two items. This process was not so straight forwards. After three weeks from sending the items back and having no acknowledgement of receipt I e-mailed my concern and got no reply. I had to telephone to get a responce, and only then was the exchange processed.
