Just awful! I used a voucher to buy just one item. It had to be refunded and the voucher they gave me back was for my use only. I can't give it away or sell it on and I have contacted them for a transferable voucher and they have refused. There is nothing I want and I can't even give it to a friend. £200 voucher down the drain.
