Ordered football boots (Adidas Copa Mundial) online for instore collection, received email to advise product now in store so drove to store, collected product and returned home only to find that size is not what I ordered - I ordered UK 8.5 (clear on invoice) and received UK 9. Tried calling the store to complain only to get a recorded message that it's closed - it's not closed at 4:30pm on a Sunday!
Now i'll have to do another roundtrip to the store to return them. Don't think i'll be ordering from Decathlon again.
