Terrible experience - ordered a bike on 22nd April and was promised it would arrive on 27th April as I needed it for the 29th.
Didn't receive it on 27th.
Didn't receive on 28th.
Was told had to wait at least until 2nd May - simply NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Never ordering from Decathlon again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would have.
