Placed an order for a tent online for store collection. Unfortunately the warehouse did not despatch the order in time so it was delayed by a day which was a problem as we were going away on holiday and needed it. I phoned the store (Chelmsford) and a "superstar" called Jake did everything possible to get this for us in time for our holiday including actually sending a member of the store team to deliver it to me on the morning of our holiday. Amazing customer service!!! Thank you to Jake and also to Tom who delivered it for us. Hats off to Chelmsford Store but not such a good performance from the Warehouse
