Stores are good. website useability is awful. To be honest it the worst of all the shop websites I've been on. A general search for shoes for example won't show you all the shoes. It'll show most but there will be some you can only find in the different departments. Sold out item arn't taken off quick enough. The fact all the product load on same page (sometime 1000's) is annoying and doesn't work on systems that have lower RAM. If you look at a product from the list, when you return to the list it can put you back anywhere (not to where you was in list). And when that mean you have to find where you was in a list of 100's of products a quick shop turns into hours of frustration.
