Yes well I am not very happy because of the following reason. I wrote an email to John Butcher, you Marketing Director, and explained that I was cycling LEJOG for charity. He replied asking me my nearest store, which one would think would lead onto offering some kind of voucher. But no, no reply from him. I also scanned and sent him the receipt for cycle accessories that I had purchased. I since also bought your Aptonia Gels, as they worked out the cheapest on the market. I am reluctant to buy anything else from Decathlon - ever. Because despite having spent out on various cycling accessories, there has been no follow up to my request.
