Customer Services should be reviewed.
I had cause to phone on a Sunday and the person I spoke to had to serve customers whilst talking to me which I found appaling. Although she tried her best, all I got was about 5 interruptions and 'the computer says no'. Its just not good enough. She didn't have time to think about my query and appeared to have limited authority.
