Ordered something online and then needed to change the pick up place. After terrible difficulty finding a contact number, and an inordinate delay in replying to my message AND email they said it was too late to change anything at all. It all just seemed like too much trouble to be honest.....very disappointing as the in store people, particularly in Southampton, are generally VERY helpful.
The products are good but I just wouldn't expect anything above and beyond a very average service. Fine if your requirements are straightforward.
