I received an email on the 27th January to say my "parcel has been delivered to my local store at 11.06 today"....and it was "ready for collection" .... followed by "please collect by the 26th January" (yes, I'll get my time machine ready) Which would've been amusing if I hadn't received an email saying that decathlon had received my return and they'd refunded the money. So, no, not happy. I never got what I wanted. I emailed them and they sent a generic reply "Unfortunately, there has been a mistake. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a nice day!" NOT the way to do business. fools.
