The Braehead store (nr Glasgow) is an absolute riot. Staff are under trained and have no idea what they're doing. The outside of the store is a mess (ripped tents blowing in the wind) and the availability of stock in the store is haphazard at best.
I do not often use Decathlon but after my recent experiences I will be using them even less.
