It took nearly an hour in store to order an exercise bike as the screen did not work properly. It took 2 trips to the cash desk and 2 different in store personnel. Then, when ordered there was a problem with the delivery that meant we were not kept informed on when it would arrive. I phoned to find the store could not help me and was given another number. That number meant I had to leave a message, then no-one returned my call.
Customer service was very poor - but the bike works!
