I accept that the colour of the ring does not affect function. However I phoned to check the position. Your representative told me the warehouse could not distinguish the two and if I ordered I would have to take the one I was given. This seems unnecessarily restrictive. Appearance, which involves colour, can be significant to some customers and it seems a small ask to have the warehouse check and select before sending to ensure the customer obtains the desired item.
