I ordered a btwin 720 on January 27th with est delivery on 3rd of Feb in order to take it on a training camp in tenerife. By 3rd of Feb nothing had arrived though so I called up and apparently decathlon had tried to deliver it by royal mail, who don't actually do deliveries that big so it was sitting somewhere. Your customer service were very helpful in organising a nee delivery, I can't fault them. But the bike was still delivered too late on the 6th of Feb, ten days after I ordered it. It's just odd that a superstore who deal primarily in bikes would make the error of trying to send one with a company who don't take them. Great customer service, terrible delivery. Thanks
