Ordered and paid for an expensive item. They told me it was despatched but it did not arrive on time. I got in touch to enquire about delivery and within a very few minutes they confirmed it was lost in transit!!!!
I have never come across a courier who could trace a package that quickly! I don’t think they ever sent it. Offered a replacement order but only on 7-10 day delivery - they refused to consider faster delivery so I took a refund. Two weeks wasted!
I will never shop there again
