Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Had a rowing machine delivered with a manufacturing defect that has prevented its assembly. I've spent the past 4 days trying to get in contact with customer support and they haven't once told me when i'll be able to even talk to someone. They're just "very busy". I understand there's been an increase in demand but higher more staff to cope with it. I also work in CRM management and know you can easily change the prompt to say "due to a backlog we will get to your query withing 7 days not a few hours" set the right expectation instead of annoying people. I no longer trust that the company will stick to the warranty and am demanding a full refund. No one wants a half assembled rowing machine stuck in their lounge for 5 days.
Absolutely atrocious, cant blame the poor people having to deal with the requests but management should be ashamed of the mess they are running.
